Responsibilities

  • Assess resource needs for projects and initiatives and allocate resources accordingly
  • Work closely with project leaders and team members to understand project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Continuously monitor resource utilization and capacity, making adjustments as necessary to support project delivery and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities
  • Establish frameworks and processes for the growth and development of team members
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, including career development planning, goal setting, and performance feedback
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness
  • Keep stakeholders informed of resource allocation decisions, operational updates, and progress towards people development goals
