The job is for a Programme Manager at LeapPoint, responsible for managing Adobe Workfront engagements remotely. The role involves managing client relationships, planning and monitoring programme execution, coordinating multiple projects, managing budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring quality of deliverables, conducting stakeholder communication, and identifying potential areas of account growth.

Requirements

• Primary experience in managing projects related to two or more workstreams (Workfront, SaaS integration, AEM, process optimization, etc.)
• 2+ years programme management experience for SaaS implementations, preferably with Workfront
• Perform basic project coordination and administration activities (examples: maintaining project plan in Workfront)
• Must reside in the UK

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow engagement and execute relationships within client accounts
• Plan and monitor overall programme execution and delivery
• Coordinate multiple projects at a given client and manage project interdependencies
• Manage and report on overall programme budget
• Manage resources across all projects within the programme
• Identify and address problems and risks on a continuous basis
• Ensure timeliness and quality of programme deliverables
• Manage the account team to effectively deliver on engagement scope
• Ensure quality of all programme documentation
• Conduct stakeholder communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Share potential areas of account growth with Sales or the Programme Director for development
