Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting
- Experience with digital transformation, software solutions, or data-driven decision-making
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives, business unit leaders, and technical teams
- Proficiency in managing large-scale engagements
- Prior experience with consulting firms, service companies, or technology providers
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and industry-specific solutions
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key Oil & Gas clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and technology teams
- Oversee delivery of engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets
- Connect with the clients on Tiger Innovation and drive new ideas within the client ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, data scientists) to engage and drive technology-driven projects
- Provide strategic guidance on the adoption of digital technologies (Cloud, AI, IoT, Data Analytics)
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies (preferably in Oil & Gas)
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Drive organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to develop proposals and secure new projects
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology
