Summary

Join MANTL's Customer Operations team as a Senior Program Manager and help drive strategic initiatives across departments, unlocking long-term value for MANTL and its customers. Collaborate closely with various teams, keeping complex projects moving and identifying areas for improvement. This fast-paced role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs, managing timelines, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (technical, customer-facing, executive)
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Notion, and Looker to manage work, track progress, and communicate status
  • Strong data fluency, including comfort with data exploration, visualization, and tools such as Looker, Datadog, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-moving environments and lead initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurement
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, especially involving implementations, operations, or success programs

  • Help drive strategic initiatives that span departments and unlock long-term value for both MANTL and our customers
  • Work alongside a tight-knit group that collaborates closely with account management, enablement, support, and implementations teams
  • Keep complex initiatives moving while uncovering new areas where we can improve how we work and deliver
  • Regular engagement with internal teams and customers

  • You bring a systematic, data-driven approach to solving problems and are highly detail-oriented—especially when it comes to tracking progress, managing timelines, and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • You’re naturally curious—eager to ask questions, explore the “why” behind a problem, and understand the full picture
  • You're a top-level communicator, able to distill complexity into clear, actionable updates for both internal teams and external customers
  • Accountability is a core value for you, and you build trust by following through and bringing clarity to every project you touch
