Summary
Join Trax as a Project Coordinator for Signal-Based Merchandising (SBM) and play a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SBM programs. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution of SBM campaigns. This fully remote position, available to applicants in Central America and Mexico, requires coordinating SBM program setup and launch, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, ensuring timely task completion, supporting communication, managing campaign performance, assisting in issue resolution, supporting vendor and field team coordination, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelorโs degree, 1โ3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- English: 100% (C1-C2)
- 1โ3 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in CPG, retail tech, or merchandising
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with global teams
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup, launch, and tracking of SBM programs across multiple retail locations or markets
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including Client Services, Retail Operations, Tech Support, and Data Science to ensure alignment and progress
- Maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, trackers, and client-facing deliverables
- Ensure task assignments and deliverables are completed on time and escalate risks proactively
- Support internal and external communication by preparing reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Manage and monitor campaign performance, including signal quality, compliance metrics, and intervention timelines
- Assist in issue triage and troubleshooting, engaging appropriate teams for resolution (e.g., signal drops, photo failures, app issues)
- Support vendor and field team coordination when new outlets or routes are activated
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share feedback to refine SBM workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with retail execution, merchandising practices, and/or image recognition platforms is a strong plus
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Excel, Monday.com, or Salesforce is a plus
