Summary

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in an agency or similar client-facing environment
  • Professional experience supporting digital projects preferred
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Enthusiastic and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify and understand problems, build team consensus, and work toward effective solutions
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Skilled at tailoring communication to accommodate a variety of personalities and working styles
  • Solid foundation in project management tools, best practices, and processes
  • Experience working with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools required
  • Highly skilled in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead project setup and administration activities
  • Monitor and track the status, progress, and deliverables of GMP service portal requests
  • Identify potential risks and areas of concern to help mitigate risk and control scope
  • Support the management of project scope, timeline, and budget for assigned projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate documentation techniques; review changes with team members
  • Report on project performance to clients and stakeholders
  • Facilitate efficient meetings by creating detailed agendas, leading discussions, and ensuring action items are identified, assigned, and followed up on
  • Report and escalate client issues and resource utilization concerns
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as reviewing timecards, maintaining team member allocations, pulling reports, and supporting monthly invoicing
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using organizational templates, including kickoff documents, feedback forms, timelines, and budget trackers
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Continuously expand and develop new skills, techniques, and tools through ongoing learning

Preferred Qualifications

A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
