Project Coordinator

Summary

The job is for a Project Coordinator who will manage multiple CGI and AI projects in the Beauty & Luxury industry. The role involves organizing and structuring projects, tracking project inputs, breaking down tasks for the production team, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Requirements

• About 3 years of experience as Account Manager/Project Manager role
• Strong experience in organizing and structuring projects as well as delivery, preferably within the digital industry and/or 3D production (artwork/packaging)
• Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
• Highly structured way of working
• Have true respect for deadlines and strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management team in multiple CGI and AI projects from kick-off and client on-boarding to delivery in Beauty & Luxury
• Track and collect input required for projects
• Break down the work into tasks for the production team
• Ensure deliverables are correct and delivered on time
• Ensure your project stakeholders are kept up to dated on the correct project status

Preferred Qualifications

• A plus if you have experience in Jira
• Fluent in English
