Project Coordinator

Join our team as a Project Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting the administration of IT rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in an IT or technical environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant project management tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Attend all rollout meetings, taking accurate notes to ensure that all discussions, decisions, and action items are properly documented
• Prepare and distribute meeting summaries via email, including action items, deadlines, and to-dos to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability
• Prepare and generate quotes as required for various projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements
• Manage and process bulk upload requests for multiple rollout stores ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Handle hardware returns, including follow-up on return requests, to ensure proper resolution and thorough documentation
