Remote Project Coordinator

Summary

Join User Interviews, a fully remote team, as their 'Weekend Warrior' to provide part-time support on weekends. You'll handle tickets and projects outside of normal business hours, QA & launch recruitment, manage ongoing recruitment, and provide exceptional communication and support to users.

Responsibilities

• Provide ‘after hours’ support, handling tickets and projects that come in outside of our normal business hours
• QA & launch recruitment for our researchers submitted projects
• Manage the ongoing recruitment of our researchers projects
• Provide exceptional and timely reactive & proactive communication and support to our users, troubleshooting when necessary
• Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features
• Bring ideas and brainstorms to the forefront related to our team goals
• Coverage on holidays on a volunteer basis only, optional and not required
