Summary
Join Tebra as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the implementation and management of technology projects across the Customer Success organization. You will assist in planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders. This exciting new role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in project management software. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a technology environment. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in a business systems or technology environment
- Proficiency in project management software (preferably Jira) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects
- Work with managers to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, meeting notes, and risk/issue logs
- Update stakeholders on project progress, status changes, and milestones
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project updates and performance metrics
- Serve as a point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners
- Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
- Document and escalate issues as needed to maintain project timelines and quality
- Identify opportunities for improving project processes, workflows, and communication
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with a customer success organization
- Strong skills with attention to details
- Ability to work with ample autonomy
- Versed in best practices for cross functional collaboration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with business systems (ERP, CRM) and basic understanding of business operations preferred
