Join ITHAKA's Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Project Coordinator to enhance team productivity and optimize campaign execution. You will streamline workflows, improve communication, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. You'll report to the Director of Marketing Enablement. Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional marketing projects (certification preferred)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana or monday.com
- Experience working with marketing teams to execute campaigns and optimize workflows
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to improve systems and processes to enhance team performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus, inspire teams, and lead effectively through influence rather than authority
- Ability to navigate complex discussions, foster collaboration, and resolve challenges effectively while maintaining a positive team dynamic
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, agile environments

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketing workflows to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects
- Use Agile project management best practices to prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights
- Track and report project progress, providing timely updates and escalating issues as needed
- Facilitate effective communication among marketing team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and external contractors
- Lead project retrospectives to document lessons learned and improve future initiatives
- Monitor constraints and dependencies, proactively addressing risks to keep projects on track
- Build strong relationships across teams and leadership to align priorities and ensure smooth collaboration
- Coach and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Drive evidence-based improvements in efficiency, productivity, and overall team health that result in sustainable increases in speed and quality of outcomes
