Summary

DataForce is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Data Collection Project. The role involves working closely with the line manager, executing project plans, coordinating projects, communicating with various teams, and ensuring project quality and accuracy. The position is remote and part-time, with an engagement model as a freelancer.

• Problem-solving skills – ability to come up with a creative solution for any issues that might arise
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking – ability to analyze a situation, plan and implement a solution
• Advanced competency in Microsoft and G Sheets Applications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with planning, organization, and prioritization tools to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Knowledge of administrative procedures

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures
• Organizing and participating in meetings with vendors in The US West Coast
• Ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the field
• Working knowledge of different Image Annotation platforms like DataLoop, Supervisely, and others
• AI industry knowledge
• Experience managing Machine Learning data annotation services, data collection, transcription, and staffing projects
• Experience working with crowd workers/community
• Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment
• Experience working with cross functions/departments
