Requirements

  • A background in customer service or experience within an operational capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and quality
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations, with excellent issue resolution skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter and proactive mentality

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
  • Liaise internally with consultants, business development and management
  • Communicate with clients and external partners
  • Work on a variety of cyber security projects
  • Coordinate projects, allocating resources and scheduling work

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in IT / Information security
