Project Manager Assistant

Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in project planning and execution
• Participate in the preparation of feasibility studies and cost analyses
• Assist in the drafting of Capex requests and presentation of budget justifications
• Coordinate with the various engineering, design and construction teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports
• Contribute to the integration of the new building into the existing process flow
• Participate in risk management and implementation of elimination or reduction strategies
• Maintain a continuous technological watch on production and benchmark tools and methods
• Suggest improvements and innovations in tooling to optimize industrial process management
