Requirements

• A 4 year degree
• Proven experience in partnership management or customer success, preferably in a technology or AI-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and make sure they start using our products smoothly
• Customer Activation: Make sure new customers efficiently meet baseline activation criteria for our products
• Client Engagement: Keep partners excited and engaged, ensuring they’re using our products regularly and effectively
• Progress Tracking: Meticulously track partner progress and make sure all the info is accurate and up-to-date
• Support Process Oversight: Oversee the entire customer support process, ensuring all customer issues are tracked, managed, and resolved promptly
• Partner Interaction: Build strong, positive relationships with our partners, making them feel valued and understood
• Brand Stewardship: Represent the CollegeVine brand with energy and professionalism, embodying our values in every interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools
• Experience in the field of higher education
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
• Experience in conducting training sessions and webinars
