Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management roles
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with clients directly
  • Proficiency with ClickUp to manage projects and tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of digital marketing, website development and SEO

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Lead project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan
  • Monitor project progress, track performance, and identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status and any changes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams
  • Utilise ClickUp to manage project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Ensure proper setup and utilisation of ClickUp features to enhance project management and client engagement
  • Train and support clients and team members on ClickUp functionalities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably experience within HubSpot partner or marketing agency
  • Experience with other CRM systems and project management tools
  • Background in revenue operations or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy
