Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing agency and/or experience working with clients
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace
- Self-motivated and able to function both independently and within a team structure
- Ability to manage expectations, set schedules, and ensure deliverables are on track as agreed to
- Comfortable brainstorming and offering creative solutions to challenges big and small
- Critical thinking skills to problem solve and able to field questions and challenges as they happen
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
- Ability to learn our processes and systems with an open mind
- Confident in communicating with clients over the phone and via email regularly
Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with clients and internal team via phone, email, and web meetings to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded
- Work through pre-established checklists and project workflows to ensure all steps are being completed successfully
- Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure the Forge or Fuse product accomplishes client goals
- Coordinate necessary resources among the Onboarding Team to ensure work is completed on time for our clients
- Conduct web meetings with clients and internal teams, as well as regular phone calls and email communications with our clients
- Participate in team meetings to review the status of projects and other activities
