Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle project deliveries
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture and the ability to engage in customer-facing technical discussions
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, SmartSheet, and project tracking tools like OpenAir
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
  • Ideally, you’ve worked in a startup environment with 5-30 employees, where you can adapt quickly and take ownership of diverse responsibilities
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with a track record of working closely with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Experience managing projects with global teams and working across time zones
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage risks
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Emotional maturity and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are key

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
  • Identify and manage project risks, and handle any changes in scope or schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations
  • Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and timelines
  • Act as a mediator between customer stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed
  • Measure and track project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Drive key decisions and actions needed to resolve issues and keep the project on track
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across the implementation process
