Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 - 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing complex, fast-paced, large-scale projects, preferably within the retail or technology sectors
  • Ability to learn ERP system and train team members in proper utilization
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including external vendors and clients
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale, high-impact POS hardware installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and proactively identify and address challenges related to hardware installation and technology integration
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, IT, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and drive successful project outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project execution, particularly related to hardware installation and setup
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, reporting criteria, and budgets for hardware deployment, ensuring transparency and tracking of milestones and progress
  • Foster a culture of high performance, leading by example and driving internal team development to ensure project success
  • Provide ongoing leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, support, and direction to succeed in hardware installations
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, offering insights that drive innovation and business growth, particularly in POS hardware installation and technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or technology preferred, while working with complex inventory systems
  • Experience with POS hardware installation, deployment, and integration is highly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred
  • Project Planning Phase – 1st shift / Execution Phase – 3rd shift / Closing Phase – 1st shift
  • Planning Phase – Monday – Friday / Execution Phase – Sunday through Thursday / Closing Phase – Monday through Friday
