Requirements

  • Possess a BA/MA degree in relevant fields, e.g. business, marketing, tourism
  • Have 4/5 years experience in similar roles, preferably working either in the Travel Industry (OTA/Tour operator environment), or in digital companies
  • Demonstrate strong project management and coordination skills
  • Possess great analytical and excel skills
  • Be fully proficient in English

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge end-to-end of project management activities related to the opening of new markets and related websites, and the launch of new white label partnerships
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders and departments to make sure deadlines and objectives are met when it comes to the above mentioned projects
  • Closely work with legal and finance departments to ensure timely performance of regulatory compliance tasks related to selling packages (licences, renewals, forecasts and reporting)
  • Understand and quantify the business impact of existing and potential regulations on the travel industry. Develop/maintain dashboards and reports to make the information accessible and easy-to-read for different audiences
  • Oversee website and funnel compliance when it comes to regulations related to travel packages (pricing, disclaimers, T&Cs and policies, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have basic SQL knowledge
  • Be fluent in multiple languages
  • Have a basic understanding of Package Travel Regulations
  • Possess problem-solving, decision-making skills and innovative thinking
  • Have a keen eye for details and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, successfully meeting deadlines
  • Be proactive and able to work in autonomy and unsupervised, but still with a strong team spirit and able to effectively collaborate in teams
