Summary

Join our team as a Project Manager to lead and oversee projects supporting client services and program delivery. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ideal candidates possess hands-on case management experience, strong organizational skills, and collaborative abilities. This primarily remote position requires occasional visits to Herndon, VA. You will be responsible for project planning and execution, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, budget and resource management, team leadership, and reporting and documentation. The salary range is $100,000 - $135,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the implementation of case management systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Monitor project progress, address risks, and resolve issues promptly
  • Work closely with case managers, program staff, and leadership to align project objectives with organizational needs
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
  • Evaluate current case management practices and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency and client outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to integrate technology or innovative solutions to streamline workflows
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands while minimizing costs
  • Guide and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables
  • Provide mentorship and support to case management staff during transitions or system upgrades
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges
  • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of project plans, decisions, and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
