Requirements

  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow in new areas
  • Problem solver; experiments with new approaches and techniques to improve work processes
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Background in SaaS growth hacking/growth marketing (including growth funnel optimization)
  • Strong analytical skills to address and solve various problems related to reputation, churn, and driving quality cases
  • With significant entrepreneurial drive
  • Willing to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
  • Experience driving revenue growth and expansion with a portfolio of customers
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and creating new methodologies for an organization
  • Customer-focused and innovative mindset when approaching new challenges

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer problems and goals and ensure that LegalMatch’s platform is aligned to meet or exceed expectations
  • Be accountable for delivering various success metrics including case conversion, client engagement, and others
  • Partner closely with our Engineering team to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
  • Lead initiatives with other teams to identify gaps, create or improve processes, and proactively develop new solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure potential business opportunities and product development opportunities are reported and maximized
  • Address all sorts of problems analytically to drive customer success and retention
