Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, change management, and agile transformation
  • Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective processes and systems
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its specific challenges and opportunities
  • Prior experience working as a consultant in a high growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize engineering projects that closely interlock with the Services team. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  • Design and implement a system to maintain a single source of truth across internal systems, ensuring clear and consistent project tracking and reporting
  • Develop and enforce an effective backlog management process to ensure alignment and prevent misalignment
  • Continuously source and evaluate ideas from the team for improving productivity. Lead the execution of these ideas to enhance team performance and project outcomes
  • Identify and drive new projects in response to company growth, defining new deliverables and ensuring successful project execution
  • Manage the change and transformation processes within the team, seeking out and implementing new methods and tools to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as an agile coach for the engineering organization, promoting agile methodologies and practices to enhance team agility and effectiveness
