Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 3-8 years of experience leading multi-discipline projects in project engineering or management roles
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets successfully
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion
• Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated success prioritizing work in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of engineering workflows, including identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions
• Experience using new technologies to streamline workflows and simplify tasks

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and inquiries for all stakeholders
• Lead initiation processes to ensure clearly defined project scopes
• Develop, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Proactively identify and manage project risks
• Oversee change management with focus on cross-functional impacts
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
• Lead project close-outs, capturing and incorporating lessons learned
• Coordinate and manage third-party relationships
• Continuously improve project management processes for greater efficiency and scalability
• Assist in refining customer onboarding processes to improve satisfaction and efficiency
• Assist with various day-to-day operational tasks as they arise

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Previous experience in project management within the tech sector
