Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering
- 3-8 years of experience leading multi-discipline projects in project engineering or management roles
- Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets successfully
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success prioritizing work in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of engineering workflows, including identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions
- Experience using new technologies to streamline workflows and simplify tasks
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and inquiries for all stakeholders
- Lead initiation processes to ensure clearly defined project scopes
- Develop, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Proactively identify and manage project risks
- Oversee change management with focus on cross-functional impacts
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Lead project close-outs, capturing and incorporating lessons learned
- Coordinate and manage third-party relationships
- Continuously improve project management processes for greater efficiency and scalability
- Assist in refining customer onboarding processes to improve satisfaction and efficiency
- Assist with various day-to-day operational tasks as they arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Previous experience in project management within the tech sector
