As a Project Manager | Business Central & Power Platform, you will manage all aspects of D365 Business Central implementations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams. You will oversee day-to-day project management, drive strong client relationships, and implement strategies to optimize key business metrics. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, extensive project management experience, and Dynamics 365/Business Central expertise. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience working as a Project Manager
- 2+ Years of experience in Dynamics 365/CRM CE consulting
- 2+ Years of experience working in project management implementation, integration, or migration projects experience with Dynamics Business Central, Navision, or other Cloud ERP implementation projects
- 1+ Years of experience working as a Dynamics Business Central Project Manager
- Knowledge and experience with Power Platform
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating projects with multiple departments and agency staff members over varying deadline scales and time zones
- Experience identifying and managing risks and costs
- Experience working on project definitions, project development, and market implementation
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of D365 Business Central implementations
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with all client stakeholders, vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive labor strategy and cross-functional deliverables
- Drive strong client and partner-vendor relationships by solving problems proactively and strategically as directed by the Manager
- Oversee day-to-day project management, including cycle updates, rhythm of business deliverables (meeting cadence, agendas, deck creation, and quarterly reports), and more
- Assist in implementing strategies and tactics to drive learning objectives and key metrics best
