Requirements
- Project management experience in cybersecurity, IT, or professional services

- Respond quickly to project adjustments, demonstrating flexibility while maintaining control over deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Effectively communicate across different levels, addressing challenges head-on, handling confrontation professionally, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders
- Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management tools like MS Project or equivalent
- Be open to travel when required, demonstrating adaptability to different cultural and operational environments
- Be able to understand technical requirements from customers and effectively communicate those to project team members
Responsibilities
- Lead the seamless execution of customer engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Manage multiple implementations concurrently
- Proactively identify needs and ensure a smooth project lifecycle while maintaining a strong relationship with the customer
- Identify potential project risks and roadblocks, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and drive resolution in alignment with internal and customer objectives
- Provide consistent status reporting for all stakeholders, to ensure timely awareness of successes, risks, and project status
- Conduct project cadence calls with Customers or Partners whenever necessary
- Motivate and drive project members to meet deadlines, removing obstacles and understanding when escalation is needed to avoid scope creep and impact to the projectβs success
- Coordinate customer trainings and support customers with any questions or challenges related to training programs
- Contribute to internal process enhancements, aligning with company objectives to improve efficiency, optimize key metrics, and support business growth
- Monitor project KPIs, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve execution, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Project Management or equivalent (such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2)
