Summary

Join Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and play an integral role in the Strategy team's success. You will serve as the communication hub between internal teams and clients, managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. This client-facing role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects, from inception to completion, and maintaining close communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing agency environment and a bachelor's degree. Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience leading projects within an analytics team, interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment
  • 3 years of agency experience
  • Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms (Asana highly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation
  • Proficient in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling, closing)
  • Ability to direct teams effectively in task prioritization and execution as well as facilitation of multiple projects simultaneously within a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills with tenacity to solve internal and client problems quickly
  • Process driven, highly organized and methodical with excellent time management skills, strong business ethics, and political awareness
  • An enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver, open to participate and promote change within the organization
  • Self-starter with ability to think independently and work autonomously
  • On-time delivery:  Projects/deliverables completed and delivered on-time 95%+
  • Conduct at least two (2) Team Satisfaction Surveys annually for each managed account
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of all supported digital marketing projects and deliverables
  • Establishing operational and project management best practices on supported accounts
  • Maintaining ongoing communication between the client and account team regarding the status of all projects and deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana)
  • Create and execute project plans and work with the Strategy lead to revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements (within scope)
  • Own organization of provided client assets within Power’s organization structure
  • Oversee all aspects of projects and deliverables: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication to internal stakeholders’ fullest satisfaction
  • Support internal and external status meetings effectively; capture, store and distribute meeting notes and action items. (Action items to be tracked in Asana)
  • Communicate deliverable timelines to clients, and maintain close communication with the client on feedback timelines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide support with final QA of deliverables to ensure requirements are delivered upon for all deliverables
  • Collect new work requests + work with Strategy lead to prioritize and identify resources needed. Once aligned, assign individual responsibilities and schedule action items via Asana
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders
  • Conduct risk management and escalate internally within the Strategy team to proactively mitigate issues
  • Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes along with possible solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
  • Subject matter familiarity in analytics, marketing science, or digital marketing is ideal but not required (e.g.: SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.)
