Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced development environment with the freedom to approach, own and solve problems independently, as well as part of a team
• Experience with different software development methodologies and the ability to determine what aspects of those methodologies are appropriate for each team and project including Agile/Scrum/Waterfall
• Proven track record of product based implementation projects into a number of clients
• Successfully managed software deliveries through Software as a Service and private-cloud/on-premise deployments to Enterprise scale customers
• Experience working with Financial Crime Compliance / AML / 3rd Party risk solutions and understand the risk management challenges faced by organisations
• Experience collaborating across Implementation, Product and technology teams
• Managed customer delivery relationships from pre-sales engagements through to delivery and handover to ongoing customer success
• Ability to work closely with strong and demanding engineering teams
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
• Ability to negotiate responsibilities and resourcing with other project managers and senior internal stakeholders
• Ability to switch context quickly and easily according to changing priorities
