Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a PM or PMO leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with a decentralized business units & willingness to travel are required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and related tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive integration plans that align with the strategic objectives of the deal
  • Establish and enforce governance structures, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the integration process
  • Oversee the execution of integration activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Allocate resources effectively, managing cross-functional teams from both organizations
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
  • Assist in due diligence activities by providing necessary project insights and documentation
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the integration
  • Conduct post-merger evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the integration and identify lessons learned
  • Oversee the integration of IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Facilitate the integration of corporate cultures to promote unity and collaboration
  • Address, resolve, and/or escalate any conflicts or issues that arise during the integration process
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to maintain organizational continuity

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Project Management, Change Management or CM&AA a plus
