Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a PM or PMO leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with a decentralized business units & willingness to travel are required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and related tools
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive integration plans that align with the strategic objectives of the deal
- Establish and enforce governance structures, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the integration process
- Oversee the execution of integration activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Allocate resources effectively, managing cross-functional teams from both organizations
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
- Assist in due diligence activities by providing necessary project insights and documentation
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the integration
- Conduct post-merger evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the integration and identify lessons learned
- Oversee the integration of IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless functionality
- Facilitate the integration of corporate cultures to promote unity and collaboration
- Address, resolve, and/or escalate any conflicts or issues that arise during the integration process
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to maintain organizational continuity
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Project Management, Change Management or CM&AA a plus
