Summary

Join Sezzle's Sports Marketing & Industry Events team as an Interim Project Manager for a 4-month maternity leave coverage! Based in Minneapolis, you will be the main point of contact for the Minnesota Timberwolves, internal teams, and clients. Responsibilities include managing client entertainment, ensuring contractual obligations, coordinating event logistics, assisting with budget tracking, and supporting the Revenue team. This role demands strong project management, client-facing, and communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of experience in a relevant field and relentlessly high standards. The contract is full-time with flexible hours to accommodate events.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years in executive administration, marketing, project management, or sponsorships. Previous event or partner-facing experience is a plus
• Strong project management skills and extremely organized
• Excellent client-facing skills with emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact for the Minnesota Timberwolves, internal teams, and potential clients
• Support activation of sponsorship assets across events, campaigns, signage and digital channels
• Manage client entertainment logistics including travel, accommodations, ticket management, scheduling, dinners, etc
• Ensure seamless execution of contractual obligations and suggest improvements to underperforming areas
• Coordinate logistics and support for key industry events, including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event sales enablement
• Assist in budget tracking and management to ensure efficient use of sponsorship and event resources
• Offer flexible availability to support events and activations as needed, including occasional nights and weekends
• Support Revenue team with administrative tasks
