Requirements
- At least 3 years of direct project management experience within an IT company
- Ability to get things done
- Proactive and result-driven mindset
- English not lower than CEFR B2, C1 preferred
- Convincing, engaging, and effective communicator skills (including presenting skills)
- Strategic thinking
- Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead up to 4 projects at the same time
- Proactive work with risks
- Confident knowledge and understanding of stakeholder management
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Passionate about project management
- Ability to generate creative decisions
- Profound knowledge of key PM practices (PMBOK)
- Accountability and excellent time and priorities management skills
- Self-reliance and strong common sense (critical thinking)
- Ability to search for necessary information quickly and efficiently
- Ability to audit, set up, and optimize project processes
- Understanding and experience with dedicated teams, fixed price, and T&M contracts
Responsibilities
- Managing projects on all stages (initiation; planning; execution; closing)
- Working directly with stakeholders on both the client and company side
- Finding the best ways of generating value through project execution aligned with client business goals, in cooperation with the Delivery Manager
- Building and nurturing teams
- Setting up, implementing, and adjusting project processes
- Driving different kinds of communication (including providing feedback, defining requirements, defining expectations, and resolving conflict situations)
- Creating different plans and working proactively with them checking, improving, and adjusting
- Proactive work with risks (including identification, mitigation, and exploitation)
- Getting things done in all aspects of PM activities
- Contributing to company PMO
Preferred Qualifications
- Pre-sale experience would be a plus
- Experience with mentoring junior PMs, and working with delivery management
