Summary

Join a fast-growing marketing agency as their experienced Client-Facing Project Manager. You will orchestrate seamless projects, streamline collaboration across departments using ClickUp, and manage 25 simultaneous clients. Responsibilities include managing project workflows, client communication, onboarding new clients, proposing and executing digital projects, and reporting on performance metrics. This is a remote, full-time position offering a competitive salary and additional perks.   • Proven experience as a project manager, proficient in using ClickUp with deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with agency heads and project owners to flesh out deliverables and milestones; build project management structures in ClickUp to support; manage and support deadlines, roadblocks, and resource allocations for each project
  • Manage 25 simultaneous clients, each with 1-3 ongoing projects, ensuring timely updates, smooth communication, and alignment of project goals
  • Serve as the primary contact for e-commerce clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships and ensuring frequent, transparent communication
  • Onboard new clients and manage their integration process, including creating automation on Slack and launching them on ClickUp for project management
  • Support onboarding new services for active clients using ClickUp, Slack, and more
  • Propose, design, and execute digital projects that align with client needs to boost ROI
  • Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics, analyzing the success of digital campaigns
  • Present and implement digital strategies, including social media campaigns
  • Schedule calls, manage task completion by experts, and support deck completion and accuracy
  • Provide regular status updates, recap emails, and support leadership with reports using ClickUp’s built-in dashboards and workload features
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data and information within ClickUp, addressing discrepancies promptly
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital technology, especially regarding Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce management, particularly with Shopify
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations and challenges
