Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex client engagements
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Slack, Miro, Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheets, Workfront, Google Workspace)
  • A proactive, flexible mindset with a desire to lead and learn
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Project Accountability | Documentation and socialization of project structure, establishing standards and expectations, prioritization of tasks and team accountability based on the needs of each individual project to deliver on time
  • Relationship Management| Liaison between the accounts lead, subject matter experts and client working teams to ensure client satisfaction of project delivery
  • Communications and Reporting | Coordination of ongoing project communications, including the preparation of weekly status reports, stakeholder updates, and facilitation of regular team and client status meetings
  • Deliverable Excellence | Contributions to client deliverable creation by building shells and structure for outputs, and assisting with quality control checks prior to client delivery
  • Risk Management | Recognition and escalation of project risks and issues to the account leads, SMEs and client working team
  • Resourcing | Ability to assign the right resources to the project needs and ability to manage your personal workload as well as the team you manage
  • Scope Monitoring | Coordination of account financials, including budget planning, burn analysis, calculation of ROI and profitability to identify areas of need to develop change orders as appropriate
  • Meeting Facilitation | Ability to facilitate and support client or internal team interactions that state the purpose and desired outcome so that each conversation drives work forward (i.e., recapping all decisions points, action items, project implications and following up to move tasks forward
  • Organizational Development | Contribute to Transparent’s branding and awareness efforts through content creation, social marketing and event participation

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications
  • Technical Project Management
