Summary

Join Vacasa as a Project Manager to support franchise transitions and lead project development and implementation. You will ensure project objectives are met within given scope, timelines, and resources. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing projects and conversions, monitoring post-conversion progress, and providing regular status reports. This 100% remote position requires demonstrated project management experience and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and adapt to changing situations. Compensation is $70,000-$85,000 annually, and benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k matching, flexible vacation time, paid sick days and holidays, paid parental leave, and more.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management experience. (Minimum of 2-years project management experience)
  • Friendly, strong ability to communicate to all stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams
  • High degree of interpersonal skills with the ability to positively communicate with diverse personality styles
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and coach talented co-workers
  • Ability to adapt and execute in a changing and often ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the conversion team and to scope projects and ensure smooth franchise conversion
  • Provide project management, leadership, and support to multiple conversion team members during the conversion process
  • Proactively manage the conversion activities across a range of functions and departments
  • Coordinate relevant resources for delivery of change and/or conversion requirements, and highlight issues and red areas
  • Communicate project priorities, monitor, and escalate unresolved issues
  • Provide regular project status reports to management as required
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using internal tools
  • Coordinate ongoing projects applicable to support team initiatives and success
  • Provide critical support to create a foundation of success for new team members
  • Other duties, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, but is not required
