Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager (or similar)
- Background in IT industry is a must
- Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural company with international customers
- Proven track record working directly with the client
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Experience with Business-to-business services
- Able to handle ad hoc tasks outside of regular projects
- Strong interpersonal skills coordinating team-client collaboration
- Fluent English is a must
- 4 years of experience managing IT projects in terms of execution, delivery, time, and budget
Responsibilities
- Manage projects in terms of execution, delivery, time, and budget
- Manage the team members on your projects
- Have direct contact with clients related to your projects
- Manage managed services engagements
- Collaborate with other leaders from different countries such as delivery managers, project managers, managing directors, and sales directors
- Work closely together with the distributed development teams
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in designing and developing new efficient ways of working
- Identify gaps in current processes and work on appropriate resolutions
- Be responsible for months-end activities such as invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Have at least one PM certificate (Prince2, Agile/SCRUM, etc.)
