Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project and program management, including financial modeling and commercial management
- Fluent English (B2-C1 level) β essential for communication with international stakeholders
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and facilitation
- Experience in work scheduling, planning, and defining ways of working
- Proven expertise in program/project management (shaping, resource planning/forecasting, budgeting, status reporting, risk/issue management, etc.)
- Experience in portfolio management (tracking, control, and intervention)
- Ability to engage and manage senior and C-level stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills for managing team dynamics, conflict resolution, and team motivation
Responsibilities
- Ensure project deliverables meet time, cost, and quality standards as outlined in the SoW (Statement of Work)
- Develop and maintain a project plan, tracking progress against allocated resources, time, and budget
- Build and lead a high-performing project team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
- Define ways of working to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with business objectives
- Act as a servant leader, coaching and supporting the team while removing obstacles that hinder progress
- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and third-party partners
- Manage client relationships, ensuring strong alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Keep the team and client focused on delivering against the project and product vision
- Oversee a portfolio of customer projects and programs, balancing customer needs with business profitability
