Requirements
- BachelorΒ΄s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Expertise in analyzing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, and interpreting market trends
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) or compensation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and collaborate across diverse teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English and preferably at least one other European language
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation grades across all markets to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation policies
- Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts, supporting local market initiatives and analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes
- Collect compensation data and ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports
- Present detailed reports with actionable insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning when needed
- Collaborate with People Teams, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation adjustments and retention strategies
