Project Manager Intern

Summary

Join Back Market's exciting international adventure as an intern in their customer service department, working on performance management, project coordination, and team collaboration. This 6-month full-time internship starts January 1st and is based in Bordeaux, France.

Requirements

• Problem-solving skills and determination
• Data-driven approach and ability to conduct analysis with Excel (BIG Query is a strong plus)
• Good communication skills and ability to animate meetings with various stakeholders
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (bonus if you speak another language)
• Successful first experience as a project manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance KPIs such as Contact Rate, Return Rate, Refund Rate, Customer Satisfaction, Response Time, etc
• Report weekly on the operational performance of the service
• Lead or coordinate deep dives to identify root causes and build corrective action plans
• Animate the weekly meeting and ensure the follow up of action items decided during the meeting with key stakeholders
• Consolidate inputs from the team and select the most valuable ones to be highlighted during the monthly Department Review
• Organize regular review meetings to highlight key achievements and report on initiatives that are blocked or delayed
• Coordinate small projects from A to Z, such as revamping a process to improve customer experience, testing a new AI tool, or working with the Marketing team
