Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an operational excellence or continuous improvement role
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational excellence projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
  • Manage the projects related to a manufacturing transfer
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Pharma/Medical Device Manufacturing
