Summary

The Project Manager, Portfolio Investments at THMA and WCAS will identify, diligence, and execute private equity investments for Leading Health Systems and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. The Associate Director/Director in this role will lead project management of investment thesis development, asset diligence, and deal execution. Responsibilities include project planning, contact management, and information summaries and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of professional experience in investment banking, consulting, project management, business development, executive search, growth strategy, or investment related roles

Responsibilities

• Draft long- and short-term project plans
• Coordinate and communicate across internal, interdisciplinary teams to execute next steps against project plans
• Track and report on progress against project plans (deadlines and targets)
• Anticipate and escalate potential bottle necks and roadblocks
• Organize, track, and manage contacts throughout process stages
• Assist in scheduling meetings across large, interdisciplinary groups to maximize attendance
• Manage contact lists to recruit executives and SMEs to events
• Attend health system executive and subject matter expert meetings (virtually) with Managing Director and help prepare summaries of insights for internal executive audiences
• Draft update presentations in PowerPoint for internal executive audiences
