Requirements
- Have project management experience: be able to manage competing priorities, set your own priorities and deliver against a plan
- Be effective in working with diverse teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to achieve business results
- Have deep experience in product lifecycle management, with a focus on learning and certification products, driving growth and meeting customer needs
- Have experience in learning, certification, or professional services with an expertise toward technology and its associated fields
- Be able to develop clear, actionable strategies using data-driven insights
Responsibilities
- Manage competing priorities, manage issues across the business and take corrective action that results in products being released on time
- Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) routine for all product releases. Ensure GTM collateral such as sales tools, sales pitch concepts, objection handling and customer personas are produced and deployed as part of product release
- Drive and maintain the GK product roadmap
- Drive product innovation and enhancements that align with market needs and create differentiation, leveraging insights from industry trends with a deep understanding of our customersβ needs and competitor analysis
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Have strong communication skills and be able to work with stakeholders globally, in a visible and global role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including OEM vendors, partners, suppliers, and channel partners in the satisfaction of market needs and strengthening GKβs market leadership position
- Adhere to an agreed release timetable of products, ensuring any changes are understood and communicated appropriately
- Ensure products are developed to the agreed budgets as well as delivered on time, managing issues and risks to this accordingly
- Monitor and manage the mix of 3rd party/GK IP, ensuring we deliver an appropriate mix that maintains profit margins
- Ensure we have products that meet the commercial requirements of the business
- Remove the least popular products from our portfolio
