Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus)
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the software development or IT industry
  • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive accountability among team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent English language communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools
  • Available to work CST 8am-5pm with reasonable flexibility outside this range to work in a global team
  • 1+ year of remote worker experience, comfortable and effective working remotely

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to team members
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet project goals
  • Foster collaboration and maintain team morale through effective leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients regarding project progress, risks, and changes
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
  • Hold clients and staff accountable for adhering to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
  • Conduct regular status meetings to track progress and address roadblocks
  • Implement and enforce project management best practices
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor for issues and conflicts, resolving them efficiently to minimize impact on project timelines
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and post-project evaluations
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and KPIs
