Implementation Project Manager

Summary

Join MeridianLink as an Implementation Project Manager and deliver implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. Oversee the full life cycle of product deployment, manage projects by creating implementation strategies, setting goals, scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress. Study client goals and requirements, observe company processes, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions. This role also involves facilitating communication with ML departments and senior roles, producing or improving documentation, and assisting in tracking company goals and timelines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Requirements

• Ability to handle work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
