Remote Project Support Admin

Summary

DataForce is hiring a freelance Project Support Admin to work on video data projects in Paris. The hybrid role involves monitoring device stations, maintaining and troubleshooting devices, communicating with team members, and performing quality assurance checks. The candidate must have advanced English language proficiency, be a confident user of MacOS, iOS, and Android devices, follow instructions, and have analytical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Location in Paris, France
• Own Mac computer to use for work on this project
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Confident user of MacOS, iOS and Android devices
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and to run documented Python scripts (no coding will be required)
• Familiarity with Excel Spreadsheets and Data Entry

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the progress of 3 device stations at our project site, ensuring that they are functioning smoothly and all project tasks are running according to the planned schedule
• Maintaining and troubleshooting devices using step-by-step guidelines
• Communication and collaboration with internal team members and external project participants, providing updates on the status of each device station to the project team
• Quality Assurance: spot checking videos recorded in this project to ensure that the level of quality meets our requirements and intervening in case of any issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Studies in Engineering, Information Technology or similar are a plus
• Previous experience e.g. in Tech Support or other roles with similar responsibilities is a plus
