Summary

Join a leading pharmaceutical brand undergoing a global content transformation to optimize people, processes, and technology across its $300M+ content ecosystem. As a Project/Program Manager, you will support and lead multiple workstreams as the client implements new technology, restructures global teams, and brings on new agency partners. This role requires managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment, and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to support the rollout of new digital content tools and processes and drive change management efforts within a legacy organization. The position is remote, West Coast-based or able to work PST hours preferred, with a duration of 3 months (~20 hours/week) at a rate of $100/hour. The role starts May 27, 2025.

Requirements

  • Experience with complex project management with up to 6 internal workstreams, including owning master status documents and senior-level updates
  • Communications management, including providing senior stakeholders updates on the progress of workstreams and being able to escalate challenges to leadership
  • Experience with digital content technology and workflow systems such as Adobe Workfront, digital asset management systems, tagging, and more
  • Expertise around content taxonomy
  • Change management and ability to drive adoption of new technologies within a legacy organization
  • 7+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex project management across up to 6 concurrent internal workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment
  • Own and manage master project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Provide senior leadership with regular progress updates and proactively escalate risks or blockers
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders (including global and offshore teams) to support the rollout of new digital content tools and processes
  • Support the adoption of technology platforms, including Adobe Workfront, DAM systems, and tagging/taxonomy frameworks
  • Help drive change management efforts within a legacy organization, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and effective implementation
