Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of marketing and customer insights
  • Experience with proposal automation tools, stakeholder relationship management and wider people leadership capability
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful market propositions throughout its lifecycle
  • Ability to manage issues where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Proven track record of developing and submitting winning proposals
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development in a relevant industry
  • Proven experience in developing and launching successful Customer led propositions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final submission for proposals that are contained within Managed Operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints
  • Coordinate proposal responses on behalf of Managed Operations to contribute to market led proposals
  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents to understand customer needs and craft persuasive proposals that align with our company's offerings and competitive edge
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional proposal teams, delegating tasks effectively and fostering collaboration between multiple IP service lines, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer leads and Technical Experts
  • Draft compelling proposal narratives, manage content contributions from internal teams, and ensure all sections adhere to a high standard of quality and compliance
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the proposal development process, implementing best practices, and exploring new tools and technologies to streamline efficiency
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the proposal process, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
