Provider Success Associate

Summary

Join the growing Provider Success Team at Rula as a Provider Success Associate, guiding therapists through onboarding and beyond, partnering to achieve goals and grow practices.

Requirements

• Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields
• Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
• Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success
• Experience understanding, interpreting and communicating key metrics

Responsibilities

• Strategically guide therapists through a thoughtful onboarding experience
• Partner with therapists to help them achieve their goals and grow their practices
• Ensure caseload goals are met and monitor core metrics on a therapist’s progress with Rula
