Requirements

  • Customer orientation and teamwork skills are essential
  • Communicates positively and thinks solution-oriented
  • Has very good German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills in both written and spoken forms

Responsibilities

  • Answers customer inquiries about the app or account service via phone, email, and chat
  • Handles customer inquiries independently and finds solutions to their satisfaction. Collaborates with other departments when necessary or escalates inquiries to 2nd-Level Support
  • Identifies areas for improvement and proactively supports the continuous improvement of our service
  • Enjoys learning about new topics and further educating oneself on our products
