Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree with 1-3 years of public health analyst and/or public health project coordination experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in data analysis (qualitative and/or quantitative)
- Experience coordinating and facilitating virtual meetings
- Experience with coordinating and notetaking for meetings, trainings, and virtual events; scheduling internal and external meetings for project teams; and coordinating consultant agreements and travel arrangements
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking, willingness to step into new roles, strong communication skills, team focused mentality, and a commitment to continuously learning and improving
- Interest and experience with sexual and reproductive health and maternal and child health
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and ability to utilize SharePoint and other online communication tools
- Ability to travel and provide TA event coordination on-site, as needed

- Our organization requires that all work, for the duration of your employment, must be completed in the continental U.S. unless required by contract
- Must be able to work during eastern time unless approved by your manager

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to maternal & child health and sexual & reproductive health project teams, including scheduling meetings and events, developing consultant agreements
- Support data collection activities (qualitative and quantitative) for the maternal & child health and sexual & reproductive health teams; work with the teams to identify analytical requirements and provide data interpretation
- Provide support as requested for the development of reports, memos, tools, toolkits, online learning courses, webinar presentations, and podcasts
- Assist in the coordination and execution of project evaluations
- Take notes during project meetings, synthesize key decisions made, summarize action items
- Assist in updating project activities and communications in membership and TA activity trackers to maintain timely account of project activities across the team
- Collaborate with project managers to support project timelines and milestones for upcoming deliverables
- Work collaboratively with Altarum project staff and with other external SMEs and TA providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public health communication is a plus
- Experience in data visualization is a plus
- Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams preferred
