Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3+ years related work experience
  • Strong familiarity with the internet, including internet research experience
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Independent and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under constant deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and enter a variety of information from various computer and web based systems related to an applicant’s history
  • Search and retrieve information from files, computer records, and other documents
  • Locate information and documents quickly and accurately in accordance with applicable laws and procedures
  • Supply timely updates and notifications of delays
  • Understand the court system and terminology, and interpret results
  • Communicate effectively with courts to retrieve additional information as needed
  • Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – specializing in Criminal Justice a plus
  • Familiarity with FCRA
  • Familiarity with TazWorks background screening software
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google business applications
